The whole experience was Fantastic, the Duty Manager Mr Mohaib, checked us in himself when he saw the Desk Staff were busy, when we asked for Special Dietary requirements we were introduced to the Food and Beverage Manager who took over and made sure we got our requirements on time and to perfection. Housekeeping was too good, 5 🌟 to Walid, for keeping the room clean and fresh every day. The waiters and waitresses at the the restaurants were very courteous and helpful. I for the first time in my life have nothing to complain about my stay at a hotel, HILTON GREEN PLAZA ALEXANDRIA...WOW❤️❤️❤️

It is my second stay inn less than 2 weeks. My only concern during the first visit was about the quality of food in dinner. After I got a feedback from the hotel team, I suggest this time to give another chance and try this time breakfast (open buffet). It was really amazing starting from the varieties of cheese, cold cuts, sausages & eggs. Great bakeries specially Egyptian bread. Falafel is amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Nour ElDin, General Chef Ibrahim AboelAzm & all the F&B team Again thanks to Mr. Mohab & all front office team for the quick & easy Check in / out

Location of the hotel and its existence within a shopping mall full of activities. Staff were more than friendly and very helpful. They were full of smiles and always willing to help. Facilities were super, specially the indoors swimming pool, the sauna and steam facilities. The breakfast buffet was super and the staff so helpful. Among them I would like to thank Mr. Yousry El Sammak, head of the food and beverage, Mme Sawsan, Ms Samah, Ms Rowaida... I would like to extend special thx to Mr. Ahmed, head of house keeping.

Location of the hotel is great, inside a nice outdoor mall having different restaurants and cafe's. Many shops are also around and if you are travelling with kids, there is also a kids' entertainment rides in within the mall. Family room was excellent which was basically 2-connected rooms with bed space for 4 and 2 LED TVs' and coffee makers. Breakfast is a world-class 5 star buffet with an Egyptian flavour as well. Everything was just great.

The whole team (literally everyone) was so friendly, welcoming, always smiling, extremely helpful, very polite and professional. attitude attitude attitude, everyone we met at the hotel deserves a big thanks. It's definitely among my best hotel experience Breakfast was very tasty with a wide range of varieties. Also, being inside an open-air plaza makes it very interesting as there is many things to do. We LOVED it ❤️
